The color fastness, tactile softness, and durability of our products are meticulously monitored during the finishing process. Samples taken at various stages of production are subjected to tests for color consistency, water resistance, and heat resistance. Ram and Sanfor Processes
At our finishing facility, two crucial processes are implemented to enhance product quality and user experience:
Ram Process:
The Ram process improves the fabric’s structural integrity and hand feel, increasing its durability while supporting the product’s comfort and longevity.Sanfor Process:
The Sanfor process is applied to minimize fabric shrinkage after washing, ensuring that the fabric’s dimensions remain stable. This guarantees that consumers receive a reliable and consistent product.
