In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data will be processed by ORDU TEKSTİL BOYA APRE KASAR SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. as the Data Controller, within the framework outlined below, for business-related purposes, including but not limited to, collection, recording, storage, updating, transfer, and classification.

Our company is committed to protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy. To ensure this, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, unauthorized access, and to maintain data security, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This notice applies to all individuals whose personal data is processed by our company, excluding our employees and job applicants.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Ensuring that you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent benefit from our company’s products and services
Establishing and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies, including marketing and business development

Ensuring the security and supervision of physical locations used by our company
Establishing relationships with business partners, customers, and suppliers
Fulfilling contractual obligations and financial reconciliations related to our products and services

3. Collection, Storage, and Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through automated or non-automated methods, including but not limited to:

Offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar communication channels
Personal data may be stored in electronic and/or physical formats

We implement necessary technical security infrastructure and process design measures to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage to stored personal data. Your data will be processed and stored only for the specified purposes and will not be used beyond this scope. It will be kept for the legally required retention period or, if no such period is defined, for as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purposes. Once this period ends, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized and removed from our company’s data systems.

Your personal data may be shared within the framework of legal and contractual obligations with:

Authorized companies, representatives, and third parties acting on behalf of our company
Regulatory and supervisory institutions, and public authorities legally authorized to request personal data
Business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, banks, credit risk, and financial institutions

4. Your Rights Under KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)

According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To request information if your personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To learn if your personal data has been transferred to third parties within Turkey or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of KVKK
To request notification of rectification or deletion to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
To object to decisions made solely through automated systems that produce unfavorable consequences for you
To demand compensation for damages if you suffer a loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data

To exercise your rights under Article 13(1) of KVKK, you can submit a written request including necessary identification details via:

Upon receipt of your request, our company will process and conclude your application within 30 days free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be charged.
